This company is owned and operated by a happily married LGBTQ+ couple (she/she).
The CEO, Bianca Mitchell, is a highly decorated Disabled Veteran who served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force.
Both women were raised in predominantly black communities, attended predominantly black grade schools, and furthered their education at HBCUs (ASU & AAMU).

We understand the issues that plague our communities. Our targeted audience are our neighbors, with an emphasis on underserved residents, college students, veterans, disabled veterans, and active military members.

We rehabilitate dwellings into luxurious style homes and rent to our clients at under-market rates. We also offer mentor services to enhance financial literacy and real estate investing - no charge. Just ask!
